    Full and partial acrylic dentures set up for a natural look and a balanced bite, from single-tooth additions to full arch cases.

    • Full and single arch dentures (ST and BB setups)
    • Partial acrylic dentures (1 to 9 teeth with clasps)
    • Immediate dentures (1, 2 or 3 teeth, placed post-extraction)

Sending your first case
is easy.

No portal logins or account paperwork to begin. Pick whatever suits your practice - most clinicians know within one case whether we belong on their bench.

  1. I01 / 03

    Call or WhatsApp

    Ring the lab on 021 851 2858 or send a photo of the model and a quick note. We confirm what we can do, the materials we'll use, and the turnaround.

    Tricky case? Photograph the model first.

  2. II02 / 03

    Arrange a collection

    We collect impressions and physical models from your practice across the Helderberg, Strand, Stellenbosch, and Cape Town. No portal, no paperwork.

    Cases collected before 3pm are started the same day.

  3. III03 / 03

    Bench work & return

    Every case is waxed, cast, set up and polished on the bench, then checked against your working cast. Models are returned with the finished work.

    Most repairs returned same-day if collected before noon.

A small bench that takes your work personally.

Led by dental technician Anton Vorster, we make dentures, chrome frameworks and orthodontic appliances for practices across the Western Cape.

We do one thing and we do it carefully. Every clasp, set-up and finish is checked before it goes out - because it carries your name into your patient's mouth.

When a case is tricky, you talk to the technician building it, not a call queue.
